Privacy Policy

GrafixManager converts your images and PDFs into tiled, print-ready PDFs entirely inside your web browser. Your source files and the generated output are not uploaded to our servers, not stored by us, and not seen by us. All conversion happens locally on your device.

The one exception is the optional “Email me a copy” action. If you choose it, that single generated PDF is uploaded to us only to email it to your own account address, and is not stored afterward. If you never use it, nothing you convert ever leaves your device.

We collect only what is needed to run accounts and billing:

• Email address — if you create an account, so we can send your sign-in link and tie your subscription or receipts to you.
• Subscription and purchase records — plan, status, sheet count, amount, and a payment reference, so we can provide the service you paid for and show your receipts.
• Basic operational logs — standard server logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect the contents of your artwork, and we do not sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) acting as Merchant of Record. When you pay, your card and billing details are handled by Paddle under their own privacy policy — we never receive or store your full card number. We receive only a transaction reference and the summary needed to grant access and issue receipts.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — chiefly a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law. To make a request, contact us at support@grafixmanager.com.
